qualify for an NHS-funded eye examination if\u2026<\/p><ul><li>You are aged under 16.<\/li><li>You are aged 16, 17 or 18 and are in full time education.<\/li><li>You are aged 60 or over.<\/li><li>You are registered as partially sighted (sight impaired) or blind (severely sight impaired).<\/li><li>You have been diagnosed with Diabetes or Glaucoma.<\/li><li>You are considered to be at risk of Glaucoma (as advised by an Ophthalmologist).<\/li><li>You are 40 or over and your mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter has been diagnosed with Glaucoma.<\/li><li>You are eligible for an
