All requests for eyecare service:

• If you have a high temperature, new continuous cough, lost your sense of taste or smell and/or other known symptoms you must refer to NHS 111 for advice. Self Isolation may be necessary and we will need to defer your appointment.
• If you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of COVID19, refer to NHS 111 for advice. Self Isolation may be necessary and we will need to defer your appointment.
• If you are unsure, our staff are here to assist you.
